Hi, I’m Pat!
I’m a tenacious and outgoing urban planner who cares deeply about improving the quality of life in cities and towns. I’m passionate about using creativity, technology, and collaboration to make a tangible difference in the places we live, work, and move through every day. My work focuses on advancing social justice, increasing civic empowerment, expanding equitable mobility, and fostering inclusive participation.
After nearly a decade in the healthcare field, I changed course to pursue my true calling in planning. I hold an MS in Urban Planning and Community Development from UMass Boston and now work at Tetra Tech, where I collaborate across multiple teams on environmental transportation projects, federal and state report development, plan creation, and program assessment.
I live in Providence, Rhode Island, with my wife, our two sons, and our two cats.
